Google Workspace: Signup and mailbox setup
To start using Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) with Namecheap, two steps are required:
To start, visit the Google Workspace product page and select one of the plans we offer:
You will then be prompted to allow Google Workspace to access your data:
If you click Allow, you will be redirected to a new page to set up your Google Workspace account:
Upon clicking Add New, you will see a pop-up window asking whether you’d like to choose an existing domain for your Google Workspace or to purchase a new one:

Next, you will be prompted to enter a desired domain name (if Purchase a new domain was chosen). Once you’ve found the respective domain, now click Next below the domain list:
After that, fill in or confirm the Whois information for the domain:
You will be prompted to choose a payment method and confirm your purchase:
2. Create your Google Workspace account
Now fill in your Google Workspace account information to create your new account with Google and hit Setup:
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to use a valid and already existing email address that is separate from yourdomain.tld. This ensures that we can reach you in case DNS validation fails.
The next step is to create a new user and fill in the name of your mailbox and password:
Upon your successful account creation, the “Success” page will be shown:
If you click on Go to your Inbox, you will then be forwarded to the standard Google account login page.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a Google Workspace subscription with several seats at once, you will only be able to set up your Admin Google Workspace email address with Namecheap (that is the one that will be used to access your Google Admin Console). Once it is created, you will be able to add new seats from the Admin Console itself.
