Davido’s Background
David Adedeji Adeleke is most of the time called Davido. Davido is his stage name used alongside his music career. Davido birth was on the 21st of November, 1992. Davido is one of the most distinguishing Nigerian, African record Label Owner and a musician. He is a famous musician and performer. Atlanta, USA was his birthplace. However. He had his childhood experience in Lagos, Nigeria. Recognizing him as an American brought into the world by Nigerian parents. Davido’s father is Adedeji Adeleke a respectable businessman, financial specialist and Davido’s mother, Vero Adeleke was a teacher at Babcock School. They brought forth five kids and Davido is the youngest of all. Davido gave birth to three (3) kids.
Davido Education
He schooled at British International School in Lagos at the tender age of 16, Nigeria and attended Oakwood University and studied Business Administration as a course. He left for music but later went to study music at Babcock University because his father wanted him to go to school. He became a graduate in music in July 2015.
Davido Career
In Oakwood College, he bought an instrument and started making beats. He traveled to Nigeria in 2011 where he took a break on his musical career to Babcock University where he read Business Studies.
He revealed on Twitter that he signed a contract with Sony Music Record Label in 2016. All of a sudden he established a Record Label by the name “Davido Music Worldwide”. He signed artists namely, Yonda, Peruzzi, Dremo, Mayorkun on his record label.
At first, he allied with Sina Rambo and B Red to establish a group called KB International. The song “Dami Duro” from the album “Omo Baba Olowo” in 2012 made him famous.
Alongside, he had six singles Gbon, Ekuro, Feel Okay, Oversea, Every one Of You and Back When. That year, he released his album, he had the nomination in the Headies for The Next Rated Award and he won it.
He released songs from 2013 to 2015 titled Tchelete (Goodlife), Gobe, One Of A Kind, The Money, Skelewu, Owo Ni Koko, Aye, The Sound. In January 2016, he had recording deals and later had his own name named Davido Music Worldwide (DMW).
