Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in process/policy/program design for service organizations
  • 3 years of experience in operations (Human Resources, Consulting, or a related field).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in managing large scale transformation projects
  • Experience developing and maintaining reliable process documentation
  • Ability for effective client management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent process design skills

As the Partner Support Specialist for Market HR and Compliance, you’ll contribute to and support the strategy and vision for your service area, contribute to the development of an effective long-term roadmap, and oversee improvements to processes and technology to support business needs. You’ll aggregate performance metrics and user insights to deliver business reviews and drive a multi-year service roadmap. With deep service line expertise and cross-functional collaboration, this role contributes to HR Operations service decisions and maintains People Operations partnerships for our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand compliance needs with a view to implementing robust processes to address risk exposure
  • Support the service roadmap and oversee end-to-end service delivery in line with objectives
  • Design process and program improvements to address business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Design and plan the rollout of service changes
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the program policy, or process aligned to this service area, and manage policy/process escalations
  • Work closely with user support to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials, and knowledge management
